The right interventions at the right time during child development can significantly change outcomes for children as they grow into adults. A neurodiversity profile or autism profile gets behind the symptoms and considers all of the child’s underlying issues. For example, it takes sensory issues and cognitive issues and connects them to create a coherent whole. Then, the recommendations provided after the assessment will work for that particular child’s profile.

Personality profiling tests are big business. Businesses see the value in understanding their leaders and managers. Whether this is to facilitate better working relationships, foster productive teamwork, or to identify talent, it’s not an alien concept. But what about Neurodiversity Profiling? I like to think about neurodiversity profiling as the NextGen personality profiling.
