It is widely recognised that having diversity of thinking in your team improves problem solving and innovation.
What about multi-disciplinary working - how does that work within a team? Can you deliberately build diverse and balanced teams that incorporate many different ways of thinking? Can you get them working together effectively, or will there just be loads of misunderstandings?
